Purchasing a 1986 Buick Regal Limited (“Lucille”) in February 2018 for a little over three grand, Gbody Media began transforming it into a modern restomod while retaining its classic old-school muscle car identity. Under the hood, the original stock setup was replaced with a 455 cubic-inch engine paired with a Turbo 350 transmission, supplemented by a Holley Terminator X Stealth 4150 EFI system and a Holley 6.68 Pro Dash. Further mechanical and interior updates included a Grand National fuel tank, a rebuilt AC box, an upgraded steering column with a Forever Sharp steering wheel, and a customized PDM system wired with Deutsch connectors. Additionally, the build features 20-inch American Racing rally wheels paired with Lexani tires (245/35R20 in the rear and 225/35R20 in the front). He is currently undertaking a comprehensive Stage 4 suspension upgrade using UMI components, Viking coilovers, S10 spindles, a quick-ratio steering box, and a Moser 12-bolt rear end.
